When David Douglas got home to Clontarf from Liverpool earlier this month, having just signed the deal of his life, he had much to be happy about and much to which he could look forward.

The deal to sell 51pc of his digital agency Ebow Digital to UK membership-based business club Prosper2 comes with the financial backing for the agency he has built over 25 years to secure an ambitious growth strategy, opening a whole world of international potential for the Dublin firm as it becomes the marketing service for Prosper’s 2,500 member firms.
