IKEA is offering customers the chance to take part in a once-in-a-lifetime shopping experience and go home with an entire trolley full of IKEA treasures for free. ‘Market Hall Madness’ launches in celebration of the retailer’s latest perk, Rewards from IKEA Family, which will roll out in the UK on Tuesday 27th August.
Five lucky IKEA Family members will be able to race against the clock and shop ‘til they drop, filling a trolley with goodies from the much-loved IKEA Wembley Market Hall – from cushions and candles to duvets and dinnerware, and much more.
To enter the ‘Market Hall Madness’, all shoppers need to do is be signed up to IKEA Family and opt in to the prize draw. Customers must then earn 25 Rewards points before Wednesday 25th September 2024, by making purchases in-store, online or via the IKEA App, or through simple actions such as attending free IKEA Family events and workshops, creating a shopping Wishlist and more. To give shoppers a head start, the retailer is offering new and existing IKEA Family members up to 10 Reward points at launch.
The five randomly selected eligible IKEA Family members will embark on a 30-minute shopping spree in the famous Market Hall at IKEA Wembley, with no price limit – as long as everything fits in their trolley!

Rewards from IKEA Family is a new member benefit that awards ‘points’ for both transactions and interactions, to give even more back to customers and make IKEA Family even more rewarding.
From making purchases to booking and attending a planning session, attending free IKEA Family events and workshops, or by simply logging into their account – the more customers connect with IKEA Family, the more points they collect.
These points can be exchanged for a variety of helpful rewards and offers, ranging from discounts on products and delivery services, to savings on items in the IKEA restaurant – meaning taking advantage of rewards has never been easier.
In addition to Rewards, IKEA Family members will continue to benefit from discounts on many products, free just-in-case protection and even free tea and filter coffee in-store on weekdays.
