The works – for the toilets next to the market area – are due to be completed at the end of the week.
A spokesperson for the centre said that they were creating more toilets for shoppers and diners due to a growth of footfall and more businesses opening.
They said: “We are currently making some improvements to the customer toilets adjacent to the market area – creating more toilets for our shoppers and diners at Five Valleys.
“The space has been re-configured to create separate new male and female toilets and this work should be completed at the end of the week.
“We have a number of new businesses opening in the market area this weekend, including Los Cubanos and the Kitchen Witch Cakery.
“Bon Macaron is also relaunching this weekend with a fantastic new makeover.
“Footfall is really growing and more businesses are opening at the centre so it’s important we ensure that we upgrade our facilities accordingly.”
