Vladimir Putin’s mouthpiece has boasted that pensioners and porn stars in Britain are freezing to death this winter.

Well known TV presenter and Putin propagandist Yevgeny Popov declared this is because of a ‘budget deficit’ and winter fuel allowance being taken away.

He told the Russia-1 TV channel: ‘They’ll be freezing. Even porn stars are suffering.

‘Because of the crisis, British adult film star Louise Glover can no longer afford her rent. She sleeps outside in a tent for £115…’

‘Because of the prices for communal services, Glover… now sleeps in a tent, where she has a small stove and two hot water bottles for heating.’

Louise recently told The Sun she had moved out of a £750-a-month shared home near Windsor to a £130-a-month camping set up due to lack of work.

Russian propagandists have threatened Britain for political gain many times before.

Just two weeks ago, Putin’s top mouthpiece Dmitry Kiselyov issued a dire warning on state TV that London could be the target of a nuclear attack if the Russian president sees fit.

He revealed that an increasingly ‘fed up’ Putin may resort to nukes if Britain allows Ukraine to launch Western-supplied missiles at military targets deep in Russian territory.

The mouthpiece also said that if Britain loosens restrictions on Storm Shadow missiles, it ‘could face a nuclear response’.

He said: ‘London would do well to remember that the British Isles have no missile defence system at all.

‘And the decision on a nuclear response will be made by one man – Putin.

‘He has already been provoked so much by the West that at some point the Russian leader may get fed up.’

The rhetoric has not changed even since 2022 when Kiselyov claimed the country would be ‘plunged into the sea’ if Russia were to launch a nuclear attack.

He said: ‘What will happen after Boris Johnson’s words about a retaliatory strike on Russia?

‘Why do they threaten vast Russia with nuclear weapons while they are only a small island?

‘The island is so small that one Sarmat missile is enough to drown it once and for all. Russian missile Sarmat [aka Satan-2], the world most powerful…is capable of … destroying an area the size of Texas or England.

‘A single launch, Boris, and there is no England anymore. Once and for all. Why do they play games?’
