The rail operator says there will be no services to Swindon after 4pm due to “severe flooding” and fallen trees blocking parts of the network.
The storm has resulted in winds of over 50mph across Wiltshire, and GWR has suspended services to and from some of its key destinations including London.
A statement reads: “We’re sorry for the disruption to journeys. Network Rail and GWR teams are working hard across the network to reopen lines as quickly as possible.

“Disruption is expected to last until at least the end of the day. Customers planning to travel on Monday should check the latest updates at GWR.com

“Customers can use their tickets to travel on Monday or Tuesday (25-26 November), including on peak-time services, or claim a full refund.”
Meanwhile, road connections are also being disrupted with the A350 and A36 both closed in Wiltshire.
The A350 is shut by Chippenham between the Bumpers Farm roundabout and Cepen Way South roundabout due to flooding.
The A36 has been closed at Black Dog Hill near Warminster and Westbury after live electrical wires fell on it.
