First look at new sports pavilion set to open

The brand new sports pavilion is located at High Copse near Shinfield.

It was a joint effort, built by the University of Reading to act as new housing locally, and is set to be run by the Shinfield Parish Council.

The sports pavilion will feature football pitches as well as a cricket wicket.

This follows approval of planning permission last November, as well as the consultation measure to offset traffic impact.
