The annual event honours not only athletes and teams but also the vital efforts of volunteers, coaches, schools, and organisations that promote sport and physical activity among young people in South Ayrshire.
Kilpatrick presented the Provost Club of the Year Award to Carrick Rugby Club, celebrating their significant achievements and contributions to youth sport.
Finalists for the prestigious club award included Ayr Rugby Club and Senjokai Karate Academy.
Other winners included Amy Main, of Prestwick Academy, who picked up the Young Active Schools Volunteer of the Year.
Tamzine Adams, of Ayr Academy, secured the Active Schools Leader of the Year (Silver) award, whilst Declan Baird, of Marr College, won Active Schools Leader of the Year (Gold).
