Arch Insurance International, part of Bermudian-based Arch Capital Group Ltd, has appointed Ketan Motwani as UK chief operating officer, subject to regulatory approval.
Mr Motwani will be responsible for overseeing key UK functions, including underwriting operations, process and operational excellence, and strategic portfolio management, working closely with the wider senior leadership team at Arch to support the company’s overall growth strategy.
Mr Motwani joins Arch from Aon UK where he was most recently chief operating officer – Commercial Risk (global, wholesale & specialty broking) with responsibilities spanning transformation, service delivery, operations, and digital platforms.
Arch Insurance International includes Arch Insurance UK and the P&C insurance operations of Arch Insurance (EU) dac, as well as Arch’s insurance operations in Europe, Bermuda and Australia.
