Darren Till and Mohammad Mutie Brawl after Their Fight
Darren Till made his boxing debut on Saturday when he took on Mohammad Mutie. However, it is what is happened after the fight which has got the spotlight. This is due to a brawl erupting in the boxing ring after the fight had finished.
The UFC veteran Darren Till worked on his jabs during the first round while Mohammad Mutie insisted on looping his left hand during their four-round exhibition match. However, both fighters would come back more active in the second round. However, during the second round, the pair would end up clinching, which is where Mohammad Mutie would complain about being hit in the back of the head. The referee would end up stopping the action and eventually ending the fight. Mohammad Mutie then spent minutes on the ground, apparently due to pain.
Before the decision was read out to the ground it would then be revealed that Darren Till was awarded a TKO victory. It was revealed this was because Mutie “didn’t want to continue” according to the promoter. After the fight, Mohammad Mutie would walk up to Darren Till to complain about the alleged illegal punch. However, Darren Till would stay in his corner, but Mohammad Mutie would then decide to go and attack the former UFC veteran. Darren Till would then respond with a push kick which then eventually evolved into a huge brawl.
