Lazenby Group offers kiosk solutions for companies. The UK firm works with clients such as the NHS, Disney and Greggs. It also introduced self-sanitising kiosk technology known as Safe Touch in recent years.
Ordú, which was founded in 2020, will act as a software partner to the group as both firms expand operations across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Both companies also plan to target clients in the pharmacy sector, while Ordú’s technology will also be introduced to new customers in the fast food, hospitality and retail sectors.
The Irish business currently works with companies such as Pita Pit Ireland, PG Chips, CBE and Four Lanterns in Ireland and the UK.
The collaboration is expected to boost Ordú’s revenues by €9m over the next three years, the company reported.
It plans to create 10 new roles over the next year ahead of this planned growth. These positions will be focused on product development, with Ordú planning to roll out new technologies to its customers.
Ordú also reported that its software typically increases order value by 20pc, with Lazenby Group expecting to grow its market reach as a result of the partnership.

“Joining forces with Lazenby Group, a leader in kiosk technology, marks a pivotal moment in Ordú’s growth trajectory,” chief executive Andrew Dewdney said.
“Our partnership will not only elevate Ordú’s service portfolio but also introduce innovative solutions like Safe Touch to our clientele, enhancing in-store customer experiences and upholding impeccable hygiene standards in the post-pandemic landscape,” he added.
Mr Dewdney added that the company is focused on enhancing product and service capabilities for clients as it grows its team and merges areas of expertise with Lazenby Group.
Lazenby Group’s commercial manager Steven McWilliam added that Ordú’s customer base and industry expertise made them “an obvious partner for us in Ireland”.
“This collaboration holds tremendous potential and strengthens Lazenby Group’s foothold in the quick service restaurant hospitality sector,” Mr McWilliam said.
“By streamlining our operations, this partnership enables Lazenby Group to deliver superior solutions, enriching our customers experience and driving revenue growth,” he added.
