The Royal Albert Hall is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Head of Engagement. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the Hall’s engagement strategy, leading a dynamic programme focused on Creative Wellbeing. Your goal will be to position the Royal Albert Hall as a national and international leader in advocating for participation in the arts-particularly music-and promoting its benefits for physical and mental health.
The Head of Engagement will collaborate closely with internal teams and an extensive network of partners to enhance outreach and impact, whilst providing strong leadership to elevate the profile of the Engagement department both within the Hall and in the wider community.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in Arts Education and Outreach, Creative Wellbeing, or Health and Welfare, with proven understanding of how the arts can interact with healthcare services and local authority welfare initiatives, along with experience in fundraising.
