Shoppers have shown their excitement for an autumn-themed accessory you can buy now at Home Bargains. The superstore, which started in Liverpool, boasts a food department filled with snacks, baked goods, and food cupboard staples.

As Halloween approaches, pumpkin spiced lattes are incredibly popular in coffee shops around the country. As a result, the store has launched the cup to enjoy your Halloween-inspired drinks at home. It has launched a glass cup decorated with pumpkins and leaves for them.

Home Bargains describes the glass as “a beautifully designed glass perfect for enjoying your favourite seasonal lattes.” It added: “With its cosy design, this glass adds a touch of autumn to every sip. Ideal for warming up on crisp fall days.”

Tom Morris, 70, who founded Home Bargains in Old Swan in 1976, is the fourth-wealthiest person in the North West. According to this year’s Sunday Times Rich list, his family fortune stands at £6.673bn – up £540m from the year before – which the Sunday Times says makes him the wealthiest ever Scouser.

It was originally called Home and Bargain and this name has stuck for many Scousers. The Morris family’s discount chain now has more than 500 shops across the UK. TJ Morris Ltd, which owns Home Bargains, has also recently saved Baltic Triangle brewery Love Lane from closure and is teaming up with the builder of the Beetham Tower to construct a high rise development on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre.
