Clare Lucas, of Ducks In A Row, was honoured to be named as this year’s Business Consultant of the Year and CEO/Director of the Year for Suffolk at the Business Awards UK.
She has also been shortlisted for a ‘Rising Star’ award in the small and medium enterprise category for the Great British Businesswoman Awards 2025. These awards aim to celebrate exceptional female leaders across various industries.
Ms Lucas’ Ipswich-based company offers support to small businesses, entrepreneurs in everything from marketing, bespoke training and project and event management.
In the past year, the company’s client based has grown by 60%.
Ms Lucas said: “I’m incredibly proud to have been recognised as Suffolk’s Business Consultant of the Year by Business Awards UK. It’s an honour that underscores the hard work I’ve put into helping organisations thrive.

The winners of the 2025 awards will be announced on January 30.
