Jet2 announces update to those travelling from Birmingham and Manchester

Those who have travelled to Italy will know how beautiful the country is.

However, holidaymakers who have never been will be pleased about this announcement.

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are set to launch their ninth airport in Italy. Flights to Amalfi Coast (Salerno) Airport are to go on sale for summer 2025.

The low-budget airline will also release package holidays to the Italian destination. Jet2 has put several hotels on sale across the Amalfi Coast.

The expansion will see those travelling from Birmingham and Manchester Airports with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays fly to the Amalfi Coast from May 2025.

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will operate weekly Monday services to the Amalfi Coast (Salerno) from UK airports – Birmingham and Manchester.

The Amalfi Coast, located on Italy’s Sorrentine Peninsula, offers beautiful scenery and beaches.

Even better those booking a package holiday with the airline will get transfers to and from the airport and ATOL protection. Along with a 22kg baggage allowance with Jet2.com.

Meanwhile, those who book just a flight with the airline will get a generous 10kg hand luggage allowance.
