Joe Rogan Weighs In on Donald Trump Assassination Attempt

Must read

Long-time UFC commentator Joe Rogan finally gave his thoughts on the recent assassination attempt on Donald Trump.

Saturday afternoon saw a gunman open fire on former U.S. President, Donald Trump. The Republican presidential candidate was shot in the ear while speaking at a rally in Butler Pennsylvania – with bullets narrowly missing his head. Since then, the gunman has been identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was shot and killed by the Secret Service.

During the most recent episode of his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, the podcaster broke his silence on the historic event. Comparing the situation to a “simulation”.

Joe Rogan on Trump Assassination Attempt “It Seems Fake”

“If there’s ever been a real indication that we’re in a simulation, it’s this season of USA. It’s the craziest season that’s ever existed. So many twists and turns, so many plots, so many villains, so many incompetent bumbling fools.”

The “bumbling fools” Rogan refers to are the Secret Service members on scene at the time. In particular, a female agent was caught struggling to holster her gun on camera.

“It looks like an actress. If you were going to have a bumbling person in a movie, like almost a comedy of errors. (…) You want Secret Service cool, calm, collected… You don’t want to see any of this f****ng squirly trying to put the gun back in. It seems fake.”

Doubling down on his disbelief around the situation, he then again referenced the simulation idea. Pointing towards probabilities provided to him by Elon Musk.

“Elon Musk said that the odds of us not being in the simulation are in the billions. He believes wholeheartedly that we’re in a simulation.”

Donald Trump has long been a supporter of the UFC since the dark ages of the organization. Just hours after the attempt on Saturday, Trump spoke to the UFC’s CEO, Dana White over the phone – reinforcing the connection between the two men.
