The actress, 45, and her eldset child, 20, were every inch the stylish pair as they attended the event at Piazza San Marco on Tuesday.
The film star cut a typically elegant figure in a black long-sleeved dress with a thigh-high leg split that highlighted her toned pins.
Kate cinched her waist with a matching belt and complimented her look with a pair of baby blue earrings.
Ryder, who Kate shares with her ex-husband Chris Robinson, opted for a black and white gingham shirt which he wore with a white T-shirt and black trousers.

Along with Ryder, Kate is mother to Bingham, 12, who she shares with ex Matt Bellamy, and daughter Rani, five, who she had with her fiancé Danny Fujikawa.
It comes after Glass Onion star Kate recently shared a fun snippet of her trip to Italy with Ryder and Rani.
The actress posted a montage of clips showing her eldest and youngest child enjoying a boat ride in Venice as well as celebrating her fiancé Danny‘s birthday.
Accompanied by Fausto Papetti’s La Dolce Vita, the beginning of her video showed her wearing a bathrobe and in the process of getting her hair and makeup done.
After changing into an oversize suit with a white, pinstriped blazer with the matching wide-leg trousers, Hudson was seen walking through the scenic city holding hands with Rani.
Her 12-year-old son Bingham ‘Bing’ Hawn did not appear to be present on their family vacation.
In the video, Rani was later seen sitting beside her half-brother Ryder as they enjoyed a scenic boat ride together.
For their outing, the Almost Famous actress’ blonde tresses were styled in a chic topknot and she rocked a sultry smoky eye for the outing with her kids and her fiancé’s birthday celebration.

After enjoying a boat ride in the idyllic town together, the trio joined their mother’s fiancé Fujikawa at his birthday dinner.
At the end of the clip, Ryder was seen grinning before a server presented the musician with a dessert topped off with a birthday candle.
In her caption, she penned simply: ‘Venice we [heart emoji] you.’
