Fallen trees in high winds from Storm Lilian have been causing issues for motorists, train and bus users in the Lancaster District.

Teams were called to the main road close to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary due to a fallen bough from a tree blocking the pavement and part of the road heading into Lancaster city centre, on Friday morning.

The bus stop near the RLI was temporarily out of use as the tree was cleared.

Our photos below show teams on-site clearing the tree.
