A major change is coming to a section of Belle Vale shopping centre. Located on Childwall Valley Road, it is home to over 60 stores. These include Argos, Wilkos, New Look, a post office, Morrisons and a drive through McDonald’s. Located on top of the car park is a large JD Gym.

It includes cardio and strength training equipment, plus a massive functional training area that features top-tier Eleiko gear, a sprint/sled track and boxing zone. You can sign up without a contract and unlimited fitness classes.

The JD Gym is currently open from 6am to 10pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm on weekends. However, this is set to change. In an email sent out to customers today, the gym made a major announcement.
