The acquisition, valued at approximately ₹52.3 crore in cash and stock, is expected to strengthen Datawrkz’s growth across Europe and North America, positioning it as a significant player in the global digital advertising space.
“The acquisition brings together Space & Time’s expertise in growth marketing, media, and technology with Datawrkz’s strengths in programmatic advertising technology and optimisation,” read a company filing.
This strategic alliance will allow both companies to deliver enhanced digital advertising solutions, especially within the UK and European markets, where Space & Time will leverage Datawrkz’s advanced technology and products to deliver highly effective campaigns.
Founded in 2013, Datawrkz offers a suite of optimised digital advertising solutions, from strategy to execution, including ad inventory and revenue optimisation.
Meanwhile, Space & Time, established in 2000, is a leading UK agency known for delivering end-to-end customer experience solutions in sectors such as retail, non-profit, and financial services for prominent clients like Taylor Wimpey Plc and Save The Children.
