The trend is turning heads at Creamfields this year
The sun shined on Creamfields today as festival goers turned out for the third day. Every year thousands of music fans flock to the site in Daresbury to hear their favourite dance music artists and DJs, while camping out under the stars.
It’s not unusual for Scousers to go all out on their outfits, with fashion being such a huge part of the city’s culture. So, it comes as no surprise that Scousers were among those sporting a new trend at the festival this year that really stood out.

Bethany is 26 and lives in Preston. She sported the ruffle trend by wearing a white layered skirt, which you could recreate with the kimchi blue tilly broderie mini skort for £39 from Urban Outfitters.
We also spoke to Beth, 21, from Kirkby, who sported baby blue ruffles similar to these contrast lace trim ruffle shorts currently on offer for £13.99 at SHEIN, who also happen to be the festival’s fashion sponsors this year.
Georgia from Anfield and Caroline from Speke, also wore white ruffle skirts for Creamfields this year. SHEIN has plenty of similar options available such as the solid colour lace hem shorts currently priced at £10.49. Also on the site right now is the summer vacation romantic mini skirt which is now slashed to £9.99.
