The new venture, Transcend, will be based in the former V.I.P Barbers on London Road.
It is a product of owner Matthew Fallon’s passion for fitness and community.
The new gym and fitness studio will offer state-of-the-art facilities, with only 42 memberships available. This is in a bid to ensure a personalised and high- quality experience for members.
Matthew, who has worked at JD Gyms in Warrington for two years, is planning to offer semi-private training sessions and personalised nutrition services.
He said: “We are gearing up for the opening at the moment, aiming for January.
“We have a lot of exciting plans in place as we build up the gym, and we can’t wait to share more details soon.
“Our aim is to create a supportive community where our clients can work towards their fitness goals together, rather than just being another member at a larger gym.
“We want to put the community at the heart of everything we do, which is something that is lacking at larger commercial gyms.”
Matthew, who is from Lowton, will be revealing new details about the gym over the next few months.
