Travelling with youngsters is no simple task.
But now an easy hack to travel with toddlers has been revealed – and it’s gone down a treat online.
Little ones can finally be taken through airports without much stress, thanks to an X, previously Twitter, post.
It showed the simple trick which can help parents heading off on holiday. Using the youngster’s jacket as a makeshift harness for a suitable suitcase, one parent used the clothing piece to keep their child secure.
This is often perfect when you’re making your way through a busy airport. The “very good idea” was praised by some users responding to the now viral hack.
In the video a woman was seen zipping her son’s jacket which had been hung over the luggage handle, forming a makeshift harness for her child to keep attached to the bag.
That way the child can stay on the bag and not wander off in the airport, seen instead being pulled by the life hack following mum. A few users praised the genius solution, with one writing: “Why didn’t I think of this when Jaxson was little lmao.”
Another wrote: “How I’m rolling with my daughter to Cancun next week.”
Others suggested a bit of caution when using the hack, such as putting a “helmet” on their child in case of an accident or the luggage tipping over.
But other users were concerned on whether the bag falls or if the child tries to move. One user wrote it was a success until “the bag falls to its front or side with kid reaching for something, but still tied to it. You know that happens… lol.”
Another added: “Bad idea, if the bag topples, it will be a serious injury. Plus, the kid looks highly uncomfortable.” A third joked it was a fine tip until “you forget your luggage”.
