I’m at that point where we need are in need of a financial partner in my business
In a nutshell my business is doing quite well and we’re now in middle of serious scaling and I’m concerned about losing grip on finances so would rather seek help before we do.
The business is in the education sector offering digital products online
Where I feel we need support is Financial planning, cashflow control, tax and vat, credit control.
I’m not sure if we’re ready for a full time CFO as yet but open to the idea as we grow.
I’d really appreciate any recommendations you may have for this if you’ve experienced this issue of fast growth and finance very quickly becoming an issue
Note – I’m not new to business and have been running this business for some time now but as i look to scale I know I’m bot the best at this.
The business is not requiring financial investment and I’m 100% owner.
