Samsung Electronics UK, the British arm of the Korean electronics powerhouse, has unveiled a new season-long partnership as the official TV partner of the NFL in the UK and Ireland.
Under this agreement, Samsung will execute a range of multi-channel activations throughout the season, showcasing their large-screen TVs and soundbars.
Additionally, Samsung has teamed up with international streaming service DAZN to include a one-week NFL Game Pass subscription with every purchase of a Samsung TV.
In the meantime, the NFL has appointed Gavin Kemp as its General Manager for Canada.
Kemp, starting on November 1, will take up his new role at the league’s Toronto office. Previously overseeing corporate partnerships for the NFL in Canada, he will succeed David Thomson, who served in the role for eight years.
In his new position, Kemp will report to Gerrit Meier, managing director of NFL International, and will focus on driving the NFL’s continued expansion in Canada.
Kemp has a strong background in leadership and sales roles within Canadian sports organizations, including Tennis Canada, Rogers Communications, and Bell Media.

The NFL established its official Toronto office in 2006, recognizing Canada as a key player in its international expansion. With around 14.5 million fans and numerous top-tier corporate sponsors, Canada is a major focus for the league’s global strategy.
In addition to this, the NFL has recently named Luis Martinez as the general manager of its operations in Brazil, following the historic debut of its first regular-season game in South America earlier this month.
