The Market Place in Bolton has raised £3,972.23 for the Royal British Legion Bolton.
The money will be used to support veterans and their families.
This was raised in the lead-up to Remembrance Day by the Royal British Legion setting up within the centre and selling poppy merchandise to shoppers.
The Bolton Sea Cadets also helped with the fundraising by engaging with visitors and spreading awareness about the importance of remembrance and community solidarity.
The shopping centre also had a Remembrance Garden, which featured handmade poppies from local schools and community groups, creating a collective tribute.
General manager Nicola Shawcroft said: “We’re truly inspired by the generosity of our shoppers and the incredible efforts of the Royal British Legion Bolton team.
“This impressive total reflects the compassion and community spirit that makes Bolton so special.
“We’re proud to support such a worthy cause and to play our part in honouring those who have served.”
The funds raised will go directly to the Royal British Legion, helping them continue their work supporting veterans, service members, and their families.
