Anento is a small village about halfway between Madrid and Barcelona. The picturesque area, located in the province of Zaragoza, went in recent years from having 2000 visitors a year to having 45,000 tourists annually.
Its increased popularity is due to the unique experience it offers – its turquoise natural spring and striking Gothic architecture create an exciting area for people to explore.Â

You can see Anento in one day due to it being quite small, so it is recommended to take a day trip to the unusual spot from somewhere nearby. It is only one hour away from the city of Zaragoza.Â
