The 996 Wallingford Squadron Royal Airforce Cadets said the young people were working hard to pack bags and assisting shoppers to their cars during the busy Christmas season.
They were also raising money for the cadets through collection buckets to fund activities and purchasing equipment.

The squadron said in a statement: “Cadets were out this weekend working in the community at Waitrose & Partners. A great effort by all the cadets and supporting staff.”
Another resident, Jayne Green, said: “Thanks to Waitrose for hosting the cadets and all who generously contributed this weekend.
“The donations will make a real difference to the cadets and hopefully enable them to purchase some new equipment.”
RAF Air Cadets encourages personal and professional development of young people through activities and training opportunities.
