With the start Europe’s biggest football competition just around the corner, the UEFA Champions League draw will broadcast live from Grimaldi Forum in Monte Carlo Monaco, on the BBC Sport website and BBC iPlayer for the first time on Thursday 29 August 2024.
Starting at 5pm, BBC Sport’s Olly Foster will bring viewers all the drama from the draw alongside expert analysis and insight on the fixtures from former Champions League player Phil Jones. Fans will discover who Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Aston Villa and Celtic face in the new competition format, meaning more games and action from superstar players like Kylian Mbappe at Real Madrid and Harry Kane at Bayern Munich.
BBC Sport’s coverage of UEFA Champions League is boosted this season with exclusive digital match-by-match highlights available wherever fans choose to watch on BBC iPlayer, BBC Sport website and app. Starting on 18 September, every goal from every game will be dropping on BBC Sport Champions League iPlayer channel at 10pm every Wednesday.
Match of the Day Champions League highlights show will follow at 10.40pm presented by Mark Chapman and Gabby Logan with more pundits and guests to be announced.
