Wizz Air launches unlimited flights deal for under £500 a year

Must read

Budget airline Wizz Air has announced a new flight subscription for customers that spans its entire international network.

The Wizz All You Can Fly deal offers travellers to buy a 12-month membership, allowing them to fly an unlimited number of times on eligible flights, which it says is the first of its kind in Europe.

Interested customers will pay a one-time fee for the year, which is usually priced at €599 (£511). But for a limited time only, you can bag the pass for just €499 (£425) until Friday, August 16.

Passengers will be able to book last minute tickets and travel within three days of the flight departure.

It comes after Wizz Air was named the worst airline for UK flight delays for the third year in a row, according to analysis of official data by the PA news agency. It was also voted the worst airline in 2024 by consumer group Which?.

All You Can Fly seats are subject to availability, and includes a baggage allowance of one personal item (max. size 40 x 30 x 20 cm).

For anyone looking to add carry-on or checked luggage, you can do it at the time of booking your flight.

Flights eligible for All You Can Fly will launch on September 25, 2024. However, the deal won’t be available to everyone, with only 10,000 memberships on offer.

Wizz Air’s website explained: “Once you have successfully paid for WIZZ All You Can Fly, you can start booking your flights right away.

“Keep in mind that Wizz Air has a special introductory period where customers can purchase the membership on an introductory fee, and the booking process begins in September.”

There is a withdrawal period of 14 days once you’ve purchased an All You Can Fly subscription.

Once this period ends, the subscription plan cannot be terminated before the end of the 12-month term.

Wizz Air also offers other subscriptions for individual countries such as Cyprus, UK, United Arab Emirates, and Italy, under its Multi Pass schemes. These range from £30 to £55.

Silvia Mosquera, of Wizz Air, said: “We are thrilled to be the first to introduce this one-of-a-kind membership for travellers in Europe.

“The membership will give customers hundreds of spontaneous travel options for a fixed price, giving them freedom to fly whenever is convenient without paying extra.”
