People of all abilities are being invited to take part in a Paralympics Community Fun Day being held in Woking next week.
Visitors will be given the opportunity to take part in Paralympic sports, including walking football, accessible cycling and boccia, a sport with some comparisons to bowls.
The event will take place at Woking Sportsbox on 27 August – the day before the 2024 Paralympic Games starts in Paris.
The event has been funded with a grant of £2,500 from Sports England.
Matt Berry, a current Bocia English National Champion with a current World Ranking of 21, will open the event with a speech.
LinkAble, a Woking based charity that supports people with a learning disability and autistic people, are helping to run the event.
Chief executive Sue Stockman, said: “We are so excited to bring our version of the Paralympics to Woking.
“This event is a brilliant opportunity for the local community to come together for a day of accessible games.”
Entry to the Paralympics Community Fun Day costs £5 per person, although spectators can watch for free.
